Start the production process
The beginning of the production process in the factory starts from the technical office by drawing engineering drawings. The received information is analyzed by expert experts under software such as CAD-electrical and Eplan and in the form of diagrams, one-line layout, three-line, design, and based on them, the list of consumables and other necessary checklists are prepared. Also, the design of all structures and bodies are processed and ready for construction by CAd-mechanical and Solidwork software in the form of 3D models and detailed 2D maps. For Fluent thermal calculation software and PCM600T DGISI and CAP505 software for settings and configuration (setting-Configue) are among the other things that are used in the process of precise and technical engineering.
The initial design of each Etda product is designed in 3D with specialized software and after comprehensive review (calculation of mechanical resistance of parts, calculation of short circuit tolerance, calculation of thermal class) and its 2D maps are prepared for entering the production stages.

Project control unit
The responsibility of the project control unit is to establish coordination between the employer and the units taking action on the project, in technical matters. On the other hand, this unit is also responsible for monitoring the good performance of the project. Project control is a scientific and responsible process that has played an essential role in improving processes and customer satisfaction. Therefore, the focus of the experts of this unit is on the control of projects from the origin of entry to the destination of project delivery (whether it is production or services) using control software.
Planning Unit
Based on the knowledge of specialized software, the experts based in this unit are responsible for planning the production stages based on project priorities. The process resulting from the planning includes the production schedule in the bottlenecks. The performance report and the existing defects in the production path are among the most basic parameters that have always been examined and used in the managers’ decision-making for increasing progress.
Research and development unit
The research and development unit, in sync with the world’s latest technologies, acts as a lever for leadership and competitiveness of the organization and has the duty to always move in the direction of creating a competitive advantage and differentiating the company’s instant knowledge and technology systems compared to before.
This unit consists of graduates of bachelor’s and master’s degrees in technical and engineering fields who are responsible for synchronizing industrial processes with the growth of technology.

Although the origin of production is rooted in the stages of engineering and product design, the production process is completed in product production lines and departments. The production unit, under the responsibility of production management, obtains the implementation plans of the production projects from the planning unit and completes the construction process based on the information prepared in the technical and engineering office. All steps in the production lines and units are carried out continuously according to ISO standards and guidelines. Therefore, the goal of achieving the highest quality under the management of time, resources and customer satisfaction is always prioritized for this reason.
